SHIPPING

It doesn't matter where you're from, we ship worldwide.

Fikera&Quiche sends orders with TNT. All packages have a tracking number so the package can be traced. When an order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number and estimated delivery for your package. If you can't find this email in your inbox, don't forget to look in your spam-filter. If it's still not there please write us to social@fikeraandquiche.com


SHIPPING RATES

Spain (mainland): FREE shipment

Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Canary Islands: from 6,90 € to 19,90 € depending on the item

Europe (EU-Country): from 6,90 € to 19,90 € depending on the item

World / Non-EU-Countries: from 19,90 € to 29,90 € depending on the item


If your order goes to a Non-EU-Country, Ceuta, Melilla or the Canaries, you’ll have to bank possible extra fees (import sales taxes, customs duties and/or any submissions stipulated by the local authorities) that will be your responsibility. Customs policies vary frequently and therefore we suggest you to inform yourself about all possible extra charges at the local authorities.


DELIVERY TIME

If your Fikera&Quiche’s destination is Spain (mainland): our delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days.

If your Fikera&Quiche’s destination is an EU-Country: our delivery takes between 3 and 7 days.

If your Fikera&Quiche’s destination is a Non-EU-Country: our delivery takes between 7 and 21 days.

If your Fikera&Quiche’s destination is the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Canary Islands: our delivery takes between 7 and 10 days.


Please notice that our shipment company doesn’t make any deliveries during the weekend.


EXCHANGES

You have 10 days after you received the item to make your request.

Do I have to manage the shipment?

No, you don't. We will arrange the pick-up for you.

How much does it cost?

Spain (mainland): FREE changes

Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Canary Islands: from 6,90 € to 19,90 € depending on the item

Europe (EU-Country): from 6,90 € to 19,90 € depending on the item

World / Non-EU-Countries: from 19,90 € to 29,90 € depending on the item


If you wish to exchange the item, please follow these steps.


1 - In the first place you have to prepare in the original box the item you want to return, including the delivery note in the inside; if missing, you can print out the order confirmation email. It is essential that we receive the delivery note so there is no problem registering your exchange.


2 - Print our direction on a normal sheet and place the shipping label on the top of the package

3 - Write us by sending an email to Customer Services at: social@fikeraandquiche.com.

Please note: You will need the same email address you used for the purchase and write in the objet your order number as well (you can find it on your confirmation email: eg EU12345)


4 - Choose the item you want to receive and write it in the email​. Please let us know the reason of your exchange, is not obligatory, but we will really appreciate it.  

Also additional informations that might be useful for us in order to avoid further complications.


Important: Confirm on our website the model and color you want ​to have ​now, checking also that the color you need is not sold out. In case your request is not available in our stock, the exchange process would take longer, maybe it is better for you to choose another option/ item model. In case you are not in hurry and your really want it, we will be glad to produce it for you. We will need between 20 and 30 working days.


5 - We will arrange the pick-up for you. Please note you will need the same address you used for the delivery. As soon as we receive the item and we’ve checked their condition, we will process the shipping of the new item you like.


6 - From the second change or return of the same item or order, customers will have to assume the shipping costs.


If the wished exchange is not possible you will be contacted with the option of changing it into something else or receiving a refund.


Refund

 In case of a refund you will refunded the entire amount of the item you paid (i.e. the price for the product). The refund will be carried out the way that you originally made the payment.


Please note:

- Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hangtags etc. still attached. Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s packaging. In case of returning a damaged or defect product we will deduct money from the amount that you are to be refunded.

- If you order more then two items, you can return or exchange at most the 75% of the items you ordered (i.e. if you order 3 items you can return or exchange 2; if you order 4 items you can return or exchange 3; if you order 10 items you can return or exchange 7). If rounding differences occur, the values are rounded down in the first periods, and rounded up in the last periods.

As soon as we receive the item and we’ve checked their condition, we’ll proceed to refund you the money within 15 days after we receive and check your item at our warehouse.
